Hygrometry
The level of moisture in certain process streams can be critical to successful plant operation. Confidence in the accuracy of moisture measurement devices is greatly enhanced by regular calibration, using gas transfer standards. Phoenix Gases offers such calibration standards at moisture concentration levels as low as 1 PPM.
Service to Analytical Laboratories
Phoenix Gases offers wide range of PROGAS grade gases for chromatographs, calibration, sample preparation, spectrometry, spectrography etc.

Service To Petrochemical and Refineries
Calibration gases required by Indian refineries and petrochemical industries are complex and varied. We aim to supply a quality product whatever the application. Investment in new plant, equipment and analytical facilities ensures that customized calibration standards are supplied as per specification on time. Utilization of just in time principles of manufacture has established the most efficient manufacturing structure to reduce actual lead times significantly.
Health Hazard
Threshold Limit Value
Maximum Exposure Level of all the toxic gases is measured as threshold limit value TLV. TLV is the time weighted average concentration of an airborne substance that represents the condition under which generally believed, all workers may be exposed to a normal eight hours five day week without suffering adverse effect.
Poisonous gases
The poisonous effect can be divided into three main groups
Asphyxiates – which are affecting the oxygen uptake viz CO2, N2 CO and HCN.
Irritating Gases – Gases which are irritating the organism viz NH3 CL2.
Central Effective Gas – which is affecting the central nervous system viz different hydrocarbons/aromatics.
